There are opportunities for you to get involved with short and long-term mission trips throughout the year.
If you’d like to support mission but are unable to travel yourself, there’s plenty of opportunity to help from here ‘on the ground’. You can help by attending or promoting events, help with catering or greeting people, providing financial support for various fundraisers or
mission partners, and of course, most importantly you can offer the best support as an active prayer partner.
We have a dedicated group of parishioners who make up our Mission team. They meet regularly to discuss current issues and ensure that we are kept up to date with what’s going on both by way of telling us what we can do here in our local community to support mission work, and by keeping us abreast of news further afield.
Mission Matters, our regular mission update bulletin will keep you up-to-date with what’s going on in and around our parish, and with our mission partners.

We have well established links with NZCMS (New Zealand Church Missionary Society) and support various mission activities via the Anglican Missions Board (AMB). We also support youth work in our local community via 24-7 YouthWork.
